The Xanadu Meghadhootam is a lovely twin set of 3-bedroom villas. The villas can be booked separately or room-wise. Together the villas can accommodate 12 adults and if your group is larger, The Xanadu Birkenhead a few steps away can host 4 adults in 2 bedrooms. Thus, between the villas, we can accommodate 16 guests comfortably.

The Xanadu Meghadhootam is a set of twin adjoining villas. Each villa comprises of 1 Family suite and 1 Double room and can accommodate 6 adults. If you are a large group you can book both the villas and the interconnecting door between the two houses ensures you are together.

The ground floor houses the common Living cum Dining room, Kitchen and the Premium Double room with en-suite bath. The first-floor has the Family Suite – a Double room and a Twin room with a shared bathroom.

The cozy Living room with a large flat screen smart TV with Tata Sky and Netflix connection plus the wi-fi connection is the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. Our team will be delighted to set up a roaring bonfire for you in the evening. The charming verandah overlooking the garden and the rolling hills is the perfect spot for a cup of tea.

For the more adventurous, the large pear orchard at the back is the right place for a mini trek without stepping out of the property. And the View Point perched high above the villa offers a panoramic view of the picturesque landscape. The Activity Room is the perfect place if you want to indulge in a game of Table Tennis, Carrom, Board games or pick up a book for a quick read.
